Mathem / Dynamic Creative Optimisation

Problem:
Imagine having thousands of product ads to produce as well as an ambition to increase video ad production without having the resources to do so.

An oversimplification perhaps but this was the situation online grocery store Mathem found themselves in.

Solution:
We set up a whole suite of Dynamic Content Templates for Mathem’s various pricing categories as well as for upper funnel video ads. These templates are currently live on both Meta and Display. All of this was done in close collaboration with Mathem’s digital media agency Bluebird Media.

The templates for Meta were made using third-party design tool Smartly.io. Display templates were built in Google Web Designer whereas dynamic data was structured in Channable and fed into Google Studio.

Result:
A budget shift from conversion to brand investment by 85% lead to both a Channel Investment and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) decrease by 33%*. All of this while maintaining an increase of new customers by 2%.
